Personal Fizz:

New York Fucking City! ( Excusez mon français ) the city that never sleeps, the big apple, the best city in the world! Over 600 skyscrapers, an amazing skyline seen from Highway 495 before entering midtown tunnel. Such a diverse city, i love this city and I'm proud to be a New Yorker.

Luckily for me, i grew up 40 miles east of New York city, a 30 - 50min drive depending on traffic, a 1 hour train ride and I'm there. New York City has a lot to offer, i wish i can talk about everything, but the truth is, i haven't done everything. However i can make some recommendations:

  • Do not plan everything! nothing is ever perfect, and almost nothing ever goes according to plan. What you can do is RESEARCH, and lots of it. Have an idea of what you want to do, what you want to see, and what you want to eat, once you're in New York, let in sink in and then make your plans as you go along.
  • Bring plenty of cash, now theres definitely ways to have a ton of fun in New York City without spending hundreds of dollars, however you're going to want to spend a lot! the average New Yorker Spends 52.00$ on a regular night out. Thats just going to a bar or a club, as a tourist you're going to want to do sightseeing, fancy restaurants, nightclubs, museums, SHOPPING!!
  •  Keep your eyes open, New York City is a large city, and theres thousands of people around you, it can get overwhelming. Speaking of eyes, NEVER MAKE EYE CONTACT ON THE SUBWAY, haha, At least i don't, i like to play it safe, New Yorkers Are Crazy.
  • TIMES SQUARE IS NOT NEW YORK CITY, DONT SPEND ALL YOURE TIME IN TOURISTIC AREAS.GO OUT AND EXPLORE THE BOROUGHS, BROOKLYN, QUEENS,STATEN ISLAND ( ACTUALLY DONT GO TO STATEN ISLAND 😕 ), BRONX ( BE CAREFUL ).

  • While using Public Transportation keep your phone in your pocket unless you really need to use it.

  • Go visit a museum, appreciate the art, appreciate the buildings, the architecture, the people, the fashion, the noise, the food, the smell, don't get caught up in wanting to see everything you see on T.V, create your own New York Experience, After all " Life is what we make it"
